#MaskForce - Face Masks For Every Occasion

10.5.16

Face masks are having a real moment right now in the skincare world, and they're one of my favourite ways to relax and pamper myself at home! There is a face mask for literally every skin concern, and they're a great addition to any skincare regimen. Personally, I love to hoard those little foil sample packs of face masks for when I travel, and I've discovered some of my favourites that way! I never say no to a Sephora 100 point perk that's a masks. Today, I've rounded up some of my all-time faves for you, so keep reading!

The Balancing Duo: These Glossier masks really pack a punch! The Mega Greens Galaxy Pack cleanses the skin of impurities, while the Moisturizing Moon Mask re-injects hydration. I love using these two as a combo, back-to-back. They're especially great after a long flight! You can read more about them here (and if you want 20% off your 1st Glossier order, use this link! They just released new flavours of their Balm Dotcom!).

The Glow-Getter: The REN Glycol Lactic Radiance Renewal Mask has the strangest texture in my opinion, but it does an amazing job at adding radiance to your skin. It's a gentle chemical exfoliant that sloughs off dead skin cells and rejuvinates your skin, without drying it out. Win-win.

The Ultra-Hydrator: During the winter months, my skin gets super dehydrated. Luckily, I don't suffer from flaky dry patches, but it sucks up moisture like crazy. The Kiehl's Ulta-Facial Overnight Hydrating Masque is a super hydrator that you leave on overnight. It's absolutely fantastic, and because it goes on clear, it's a great option for long-haul flights too!

The Calamity Calmer: Does anyone else start to breakout when a lack of sleep and stress sets in? I sure do! When this happens, the Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque handles my breakouts, and calms my skin down. It's so soothing!

The Powerhouse Cleansers: My skin is by no means sensitive, and it can handle some pretty tough products. My two favourite, deep-cleansing masks are the Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque and the Philosophy Microdelivery Peel. The Aesop mask dries all of the impurities out of your skin to leave it super soft and smooth. Plus it smells amazing! The Microdelivery Peel is a phenomenal at home chemical peel. My skin absolutely loves this stuff, and I try to use it on an every 2 week basis to completely overhaul my skin's texture.

What are your favourite face masks? I'm always keen to try a new one :)
